Thomas both practices and teaches the art of theatre and has distinguished himself as an actor, director, producer, and professor. He has appeared and directed at regional theatres around the country. He serves as Associate Artistic Director of Orlando’s Mad Cow Theatre and formerly was Producing Director and Artistic Director of the Annie Russell and the Fred Stone Theatres at Rollins College. He is Professor of Theatre and Head of the Performance and Directing Program at Rollins.
